General terms
1. Purpose
The use of this site and the registration of an order through it is considered as consent to the stated conditions. "NHR Engineering Ltd" reserves the right to change the terms at any time without prior notice, and the changed terms will be published on the site. It is the duty of users to familiarize themselves with the general terms and conditions.
"USER" in the sense of these General Terms and Conditions is any person who uses the services with free access to the site www.nhr-macebells.com.
These general conditions provide information and contain the rules for operation and consumption of the site's resources by each user. Each user is bound by these general conditions for the entire time of using the website, from the initial entry to it until leaving it, and in the case of a confirmed order - until its execution and payment.
2. Rights and obligations of "NHR Engineering Ltd"
According to Art. 52 of the Consumer Protection Act, we at "NHR Engineering Ltd" are obliged to freely provide users with the following information:

The main characteristics of the goods are detailed in the presentation page of each product.
The price of the goods is written with VAT INCLUDED on the presentation pages of the respective product.
The estimated value of the shipping costs for delivery, which are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods, can be seen while making an order.
"NHR Engineering Ltd" does not impose any additional value for the use of the provided means of communication with users.
Right to refuse the goods - every user within the meaning of the PPE has the right to refuse the goods ordered by us within 7 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods, in the event that they have not been used, the integrity of the packaging, that it is in the form in which it was received and the conditions under Art. 55 of the PPE. In the event that the user exercises his right under Article 55 of the PPE, he should send an application for refusal and return the goods with intact integrity and preserved commercial appearance to the address of "NHR Engineering Ltd" from which it was sent. "NHR Engineering Ltd" undertakes to refund the sums paid by the user within 30 days from the date on which the user exercised his right to refuse the goods. Transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the user. In case of obvious non-compliance of the goods with the requested and with the characteristics indicated on the page, the supplier will refund the user the entire amount paid, including the transport costs paid by the user for the acquisition of the goods in accordance with Art. 59 para. 3 of the PPE and within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods and non-violation of its commercial appearance and packaging or, if desired by the user and a written request is made, replace it with one corresponding to the requested one.
"NHR Engineering Ltd" has the right to unilaterally change the general conditions for use of the website www.nhr-macebells.com.
"NHR Engineering Ltd" has the right to change the technology and design of the site and the services provided without prior notice.
"NHR Engineering Ltd" does not guarantee that the flow of information to and from an electronic information-commerce system will not be monitored and/or recorded by third parties.
If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or telephone number is specified when submitting the request, "NHR Engineering Ltd" is not bound by any obligation to fulfil the order.
NHR Engineering Ltd undertakes to confirm the availability of the ordered items or refuse the ordered goods within a reasonable time.
3. Rights and obligations of users of www.nhr-macebells.com
The user has the right to use the services of www.nhr-macebells.com in accordance with the requirements of these general conditions.
The customer (user) undertakes to indicate his name, correct and valid telephone number, delivery address and e-mail address; to pay the price of the goods according to the conditions described in the information on delivery and payment of goods; to pay the delivery costs according to the conditions described in the information on delivery and payment of goods; to provide access and possibility to receive the goods. In case of refusal to receive the goods, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the user must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.
The user has the right to refuse the receipt of the goods requested for purchase by him when it is delivered to him under one of the following conditions:
The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the user, and this can be established by simple inspection;

All product names, marks and symbols used on this site are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners.
5. Protection of personal data
NHR Engineering Ltd. will not distribute users' personal data to third-party individuals or legal entities on any occasion, except for the cases provided for in the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
6. Products and Stock
Users of www.nhr-macebells.com assume all risks of using the system. The information offered on the site is intended only to facilitate users. No part should be taken as unconditionally correct or as an official recommendation for the use of a particular product or brand.
In the event that any of the products are not available, we will contact you within seven days of the order confirmation date to offer you an alternative product and to inform you of the expected delivery of the product you have ordered.
7. Prices
The prices announced on www.nhr-macebells.com are in Euro per unit.
The advertised prices do not include the cost of delivery. Transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise, are paid by the customer in advance, together with the value of the goods.
All prices include 20% VAT.
NHR Engineering Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. In the event of a price change, the user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the request and confirmation of the desired item.
8. Order
The ordering process consists of a few simple steps:
first choose the product you want with its accompanying characteristics;
add it to your cart by pressing the relevant button;
the product will be marked in your cart.
after you have finished choosing goods, you can order by selecting "Payment"
you will see the marked products in your cart along with their features and quantity.
Specifying incomplete or incorrect data makes the order invalid and does not bind www.nhr-macebells.com to execution. In these cases, the person who placed the order is responsible for all costs incurred by www.nhr-macebells.com in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, any attempted delivery.
After receiving the order, a member of the www.nhr-macebells.com team will contact you for further details and confirmation.
The goods you ordered will be delivered to the address you specified by a courier.
9. Payment
The payment of the ordered goods is by bank payment or PayPal.
Delivery costs are borne entirely by the User.
10. Delivery
The goods are delivered through a courier company.
Products ordered through www.nhr-macebells.com will be delivered to the address specified by the User. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address, www.nhr-macebells.com is released from its obligation to fulfill the requested delivery. In these cases, the user owes payment for the costs of delivery and return of the goods back to the supplier.
Currently, deliveries are made only on the territory of the European union.
We recommend that, upon receipt of the delivery, you immediately check the contents of the shipment for missing items and damages and notify us of such as soon as possible at: email – nhrengineering@gmail.com.
11. Complaints and returns
A user who ordered a product through[D1] www.nhr-macebells.com and received it by courier, has the right to refuse receiving the order or part of it after it has already been delivered to him, only in one of the following cases:
- the product is damaged during transportation;
- the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones ordered by the customer;
- the price does not correspond to the initial one offered;
Complaints in the above cases are made only at the time of delivery.
Outside of the listed cases, the customer has no right to refuse the receipt and payment of the goods ordered by him. Otherwise, he owes payment of the costs incurred for delivery to him and return of the goods back to the supplier.
In accordance with Art. 55 of the PPE, the User may cancel the order within seven days, and "NHR Engineering Ltd" undertakes to return the amount received. Cancellation of an order is made in writing, via the e-mail nhrengineering@gmail.com. The amount paid is transferred to the account that the User indicated in the letter sent to nhrengineering@gmail.com when cancelling the order, after the goods are received at the address of "NHR Engineering Ltd", no later than 30 days from the date of exercising the right of refusal.
Returned goods are only accepted if they are in suitable condition ("indistinguishable from new"), accompanied by a declaration certifying that the goods are in the condition in which they were received, unused, the original packaging is intact. All documents issued by "NHR Engineering Ltd" upon purchase of the goods must also be attached - receipt, invoice. The deadline for returning the goods is no more than three days from the date of order rejection. The costs of returning the purchased goods are borne by the buyer.
Exceptions are individual orders, which have been previously mentioned that returns or cancellations of orders are not accepted.
12. Warranty
The manufacturers of the goods offered by "NHR Engineering Ltd" through www.nhr-macebells.com DO NOT give a guarantee for their products, due to the nature of their use. However, if you have any problems, please contact us.
